This division is for our youngest players just beginning their softball journey. Coaches focus on teaching the fundamentals of throwing, catching, fielding, hitting, and base running in a fun, encouraging environment.
Hitting is done from a tee and soft toss
No score is kept
Games are short and designed for learning

10 Week Instructional Program
8U Division
Our 8u division bridges the gap between Instructional and 10U. Players are introduced to more advanced game situations while still focusing on fundamentals.
Coach pitch division
Players start learning live-ball awareness
Introduction to fielding positions
11" softball is used
Umpires are used for games
Designed to prepare players for upcoming player-pitch divisions
10U Division
10u is the first division where players begin pitching from a regulation mound distance. The game becomes more structured and competitive, while still emphasizing development.
Players pitch from 35 feet
11" softball is used
Coaches may support pitching as needed to keep games moving
Players learn stealing rules, force plays, and situational softball
12U Division
Our 12u division introduces full player-pitch softball with more advanced gameplay and strategy. Players continue to build strength, speed, and confidence
Pitching from 40 feet
12" softball is used
More advanced rules introduced (i.e., dropped 3rd strike, stealing)
Increased focus on hitting mechanics and defensive IQ
Competitive division with continued skill development as priority
14U Division
This division is for our older and more experienced players who are ready for faster pitching and more complex competitive play. It is a great bridge between youth softball and high-school-level play.
Pitching from 40-43 feet (league/field dependent)
12" softball is used
Faster gameplay and stronger hitting
Focus on advanced strategy, teamwork, and preparing players for upper-level softball
Ideal for players ages 13-14 developing toward JV/high school play
